Ms. Aniya

About Ms. Aniya

Aniya Gray is a 21 year old vocalist, songwriter, and music producer from Saginaw, MI. Since the age of five years old, Aniya had been on the mission to fulfill her God-given purpose to share her gifts with the world and to provide a space for people to connect with her through music. Aniya received her middle and high school education from Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy (S.A.S.A) performing arts school where her concentration was in Voice & Keyboard. Inspiring her to become a music producer, Aniya went to Oakland University to pursue her bachelors degree in Music Technology. Some of the opportunities that Aniya has gotten to experience are performing at the Strand Theater with well-known singer John Holiday, Aretha’s Jazz Cafè for the Rising Star Jazz Competition, the Detroit Taco Festival with her band called Confidence, and more.

I enjoy teaching about the creativity and innovation of music. I love music and I love to inspire others as well and motivate children to achieve their passions for music.

  1. I love to write poetry

  2. I can sing to a low B2 or A2 in the mornings depending on the vocal day

  3. I DJ around my campus for student events.
